Hello, OneBar users!

It’s the end of February and we are back with the new updates. Our team has been working on improving OneBar for the past few weeks, so today we are ready to present the latest news.

CSV File uploading

It has become possible to upload information into the Knowledge base as a CSV file. Now there is no need to add dozens of questions one by one — you can upload a file containing a bunch of questions, answers and tags that you want to add into the Knowledge Base just in a few seconds. To upload a CSV file, please check the example.

New name and display for the Events section

Our team has slightly changed the way the Events are displayed. Now this section is named Interactions and can be found on the right side of the Channels section. Here you will be able to see the latest interactions that took place in the chosen channel. It is also possible to view bot analytics and sort the results using filters.

It has also recently become possible to view question interactions. This section is situated on the right side of each question’s page. Here you can see when and by whom a particular question was asked in Slack.

Bot Reactions

There is a new option to show bot feedback as a reaction to a message. After you approve or reject a bot’s suggestion, your feedback will be shown as a reaction to the original message. This means that it will be easier for the channel experts to see if the question is resolved without going to the thread.

Thanks for reading, that was all for February’s update, the new ones are coming soon!
